Download Bluestacks from this link.
Install BlueStacks from installation file with following the on-screen instructions.
Once Bluestacks is installed add your Google account in it.

Now you can use Airport Crash Rescue Sim 3D on your PC or MAC.

Very good I like that but when the lady gets into her car suddenly an advertisement starts and it gets stuck for a few seconds.
