Anno: Build an Empire for PC and MAC

I spend more time loading th game than playing it. I keep getting disconnected from the server about every 5 minutes and then I have to completely end all apps on my Galaxy S5 phone to get it to reconnect correctly. Please either fix the bugs or make it available offline. I would gladly pay for an offline verison. Other than that I really like the game.

Game keeps stopping My wifi is always 4 out of 4 bars, i have a great signal. However the game keeps stopping on me about every 10-20minutes.. Then it takes me roughly 5minutes to even attempt to play again. Fix the disconnection issue on your end Anno and I will absolutely give 5 stars. Its a great game but my gosh.. Fix this issue. Wrecks the Anno experience.

Rip off of the PC game Rip off your WALLET Another money hungry company Game Spend real cash to get gems to speed up the game which should already be a build and level fast game JUST LIKE PC A.D 1404 GAME. But noooo if You don't buy Gems this game takes for ever long to level up your city and forever long to unlock stuff. Buggy Real shame that this game is extremely slow and buggy. Unable to load island, send shipments, or sell things in the market. Was looking forward to enjoying the browser game on my note 4. No such luck...

Lg nexus 5. Install > play > blank white screen. Do you guys even test this game when you develop? note: this happen when I'm using Wifi cmon.. Now i'm losing my account, keep asking to login, even if i've been logging with google play. Is that how you treat a customer? And your way of developing is laughable

Constantly loses connection I would rate this game higher except for the FACT it constantly crashes and at times you can't even connect. Been playing a week or so now and have spent as much time reconnecting and or just getting into the game as I have playing time, it is very frustrating. The game itself is fun and challenging and I've met some cool people in chat. If they can fix the crashes and bugs, it would be a great game.

Great, but... Servers are really slow. Everything else is awesome. But I cannot always connect with mobile data, even if the speed is huge. My favorite game from my childhood.

A little while after the previous update It's gotten really laggy and it keeps disconnecting from the server..., I'm using the Sony Xperia Z3 with the latest updates.

It's good but could be a lot better Three stars , should be five . great game but needs a lot of things sorted . you can make friends but can't visit their island , tasks are way to slow . been on the same two tasks for three days no waiting for wheat to deliver grrrrrrrr , how's about giving more than one warehouse to start with , and faster ways to earn cash , or being to trade with friends

Good game I really love the Anno PC games and this game us similar but far from equal. Four stars is a rating based on similar games and how this game compares. I do however dislike the in-app purchases and the game play that enforces.

Isn't working again! It's impossible to play this game. You must have very strong nervous system, otherwise you can break your mobile device with anger.

Connect error bug fix is need. Nothing is being done... fix bugs so we can play... What is going on love this game was working just fine now theres a connect error really upset i wast time n money on something i would recommend to paly just for it to start having issues now. Plz fix fast before i can come back and give a bad review and ratting as you can see i did so anyways the connevt error still continues after Uninstalling and reinstalling this bug is a need fix asap

Not working It says "MAS error, cannot reach authentication server" what's wrong?

Loading time too long Please speed up loading time. It took more than 3mins to load up to the island on my highend e8, perhaps it is not the processing power is the factor, is the part getting the server data it's slow.

Great game! No bugs no glitches smooth gameplay great graphics. Idk why it's got such low ratings thought doesn't make sense. I'm using the Brand New LG Stylo phone it's so amazing on this game! Don't know why it has such low ratings. I have no problems with it and the graphics are awesome. Just really wish there was a world map is all so you could actually see how everyone is doing and growing. How about an alliance as well not to make a war contest type game but a power growing type game.

Nice game. Honors the genre. Been a fan of these city building and production chains management games for a while. Nice to have a functional tablet version of it. EDIT : Removed a star when I realized I would need to wait a very long time for resources to generate. I hate this kind of free games mechanic. Wish I could just pay and have a normal game.

Okay The game is phenomenal. My only complaint is how laggy it is. I have perfect connections through wifi and data yet whenever i move buildings or complete quests it decides to lag out and anything you do from that point is no longer saved or registering. Also a sand box mode would be awesome with some challenges or quests.

Addictive Enjoyable and diverting .My only complaints are the need to dredge thru multiple forums to learn game play , and listing quests on the game screen long before they can be achieved .

A little slow to start, but... ...it is not a scam-y game that requires loads of money or purchases. No ads. Chat is unobtrusive and clean. The people there are super helpful. Easy to pick up and no terrible consequences if you have a life and can't check it every two minutes. Very enjoyable. Has a few performance problems: heats phone, constantly loses connection with server so you have to wait for it to load.

Best historic city sim. Well designed and ballanced city SIM with gorgous graphics. Easy to understant yet very complex resource mechanics. Friendly UI. No rush to build, no ads, simply awesome. Great port from PC. Highly recommended time waster. Befriend me ingame. My name: Wolfbearpig

Can't recognize Tried placing lumber jack house... Made roads needed even with guy chopping wood outside kept calling them fishermen huts... Anyway I have this game on PC games

So far ok but... Smooth game play. Didn't came across on any issues. Easy and relaxing game. On the other hand the question is why every damn building on the island keeps losing money? It was only interesting at the early stage of the game and it gets boring as time goes by and gold level drops to zero, while residents are not making any extra income. I thought it would be more unteresting game, but it's not. After couple of days I'm ready to quit and uninstall it, and move to other more interesting "strategy games".SoLong

Best of the type I have tried so far The game however suffers from terrible lag at times and you have to wait for actions to be made (eg mving a building can take a few minutes). Good graphics, colourful, bright, good economy. Also sometimes has trouble and wont even connect to game servers to load.

The game is super mega laggy (not programming but rather the crappy cheap servers) so the problem isn't the android implementation of a heavy game. its the disgusting big name in the gaming world investing very low in servers. game is lagging and would use any chance to totally disconnect (reconnecting alone is both destructive to your battery and your time 3 mins+ of hardware stress and expanding game map from scratch even with good graphics card and processor) I really can't understand how can i pay as a fan for something that barely connects...

Loading issues Ahh good ol Ubisoft at it again with a other assassin's creed let's rush it out job to get people's money and annoy gamers across the world. Takes forever to load (if it ever does sometimes just hangs). What everyone comes to expect from ubisoft, which is just sad wen you've got a reputation for glitch ridden games. Put in the effort or don't bother

Doesn't load I'm sure this would be a fun game, if I could open it. It starts up and downloads the files buy then gets stuck on a white screen before entering the game. Reinstalling didn't work, neither did restarting my phone (oneplus one, cyanigenmod 12.1)

Outstanding! By all accounts this is an excellent mobile civ builder. Obviously if you compare it to pc it's going to fall short. Compared to similar mobile games it has no peers that I'm aware of. Build area is huge, no ads, economy seems well developed and balanced, micro transactions are available but unnecessary if you have any patience at all. Five stars for this one.

Anno I have been searching for a game like this for so long! If you like pharoah or building without having to go to war..this is it! Best game ever!!! I play on a tablet, no glitches, 1st load up slow, but it loads fine now. I don't agree that it is a money sucker, purchases are opt. Plenty of ways to earn what you need in the game. Things proceed quickly, not like real time games. I can't give enough stars!!

I used to play this game on my pc, but sadly it won't work well on my samsung tablet. Everytime i build new structures the game refuses to show them unless i logout and re login. I've been trying to play it now for 2 hours, no joy. Such a shame i need to uninstall.

Take very long Time to load and sometime I have to wait more than 30 minutes to play it because of it's slow loading time but I get disconnected in every 20 minutes. I will be happy if you make offline version of this game because it is very good game if we neglect it's loading time and server disconnection.

Decent but requires work Still buggy (noticeable quite often, especially with building placement), very linear and restrictive (you need to build in order to unlock further advancements, can't upgrade stuff otherwise, can't build ships until later, trade or expand. Requires more freedom, otherwise it's very linear. And there is no pvp, so it's just a farming game.

Atrocious servers This game is good except I can never play it cuz your servers are garbage. I was thinking about buying the new anno game but after this I won't support any games ubisoft makes. They obviously don't care cuz I see bad review after bad review. Your company is a joke ubisoft

The game is perfect B U T Samsung Note 2 - It's so slow, it gets stuck all the time. I love it and I don't want to uninstall the game. Please do something about this!!!

Nothing like the PC Anno! Revenue making RUBBISH! I really hate this game. It's only available online and it constantly crashes down. I'm also frequently unable to play the game and make a progress as I'm constantly out of some resources, money or rubbies. Of course I can buy rubbies but for real money. It's an extremelly slow dragging game, I can make only few moves a day and then have to wait for another day to recharge money and resources. Makes me sick.

Simple and fun Its just a base building game. You can explore to have more land.. you can trade resources. I wish I could rename my land. Wish i could attack other players. Wish there were more thorough guides. More in game "i" icons telling me more indepth info like... how much bread does a lvl 2 house actually need? That I shouldnt place houses on the shore because ill need that space for a shipyard etc. Love the planning part of making the streets and building placement. Love earning more space.

Best android game Sure you have to pretty much fail the first time to be good at the game but once you got the hang of it it's amazing. Graphics are great, sounds are too.

Best empire building Loading time is pretty big for a tablet game, but otherwise works great. Will have to see how long you can reasonably play without spending tons of money, the premium currency seems relatively expensive for what you can buy for it... So far, best city/empire building I've found for tablet.
