#BetterPenang for PC and MAC

Map don't work. Can't lodge report without location. Spent 1 hour trying to lodge a complaint but not working! Prompts for map location each time a report needs to be lodged. Understandable that a location is needed. However the map function doesn't work and keeps redirecting to a profile and stats page. Pressing the back button then crashes the app. Well, stats don't matter if platform does not work at all. Shall wait and see.... 1 star. hoping it will work one day.

How to use #BetterPenang for PC and MAC

You can run all Android games and applications on your PC or MAC computer. Using a free software called Bluestacks, you don't need to purchase anything but games or applications it self if it isn't free.

Download Bluestacks from this link.
Install BlueStacks from installation file with following the on-screen instructions.
Once Bluestacks is installed add your Google account in it.
Type #BetterPenang in Search bar and install it.

Now you can use #BetterPenang on your PC or MAC.

Photo uploading function doesn't work. Should allow ppl to type in address. People won't have time to submit instantly while driving. Comment typed in doenst show up sometimes. Very buggy

Location not working It's failed to perform since weeks ago. Seems like the city council doesn't bother of it

Unable to login Registered my account, got the e-mail for verification but the link seemed to be faulty. Could not resend a new verification. A message to notify the authority is shown, but there's no link for it. So this app is not usable, unless login with facebook, I guess? Would love to give 1.5 star for effort to make Penang a better place.

Really? Come on, at the login page, it says "Please login with your email 'ada' password". Seriously, " ada" password??

Great apps! This is a great idea and really making penang a better place for living. Submitted a complain and got response to address the issue. Looking forward to make it even more user friendly as I'm having issue to Like or post comment after posting.

Tagging place cause force close. Tried to tag place to send my complaint, but it force closes. Can't send my complaints. Using Xiaomi Mi3W running JB 4.4. Locating location takes ages. Kindly fix. Thanks

Very good app. Thanks to the developer for this awesome app. Improve the "An access token is required to request this resource" when I wanted to comment further on the earlier complaint. Using Galaxy Note 2.

Pls fix bug Great app. Been using it for some time on s2. After change phone to honor 3c, the location coordinate cant seem to be set, thus cannot submit entry.

Other complaints &MPPP Why we can't complaint to MPPP? No options for illegal parking, hogging the road, illegal roadside hawkers or other complaints...

Limited complaint type Just like the barisan rep, expert in checking drainage. . What happened to illegal parking, hawker hogging pedestrian way, clearing of mountain. Or as usual blame federal.
