couldnt play it now my internet is fine..but why i cant open the game..it said 'connection problem' its been happening for the past couple of days.

i just downloaded the game and it started me off at level twenty nine with no jewels and this kid as a picture and i had emailed you guys with the id level and gems to restart the farm new but you havent done so. i love the game and would love to build a fresh new happy farm. please help!!!!!!

Too many technical issues I use to enjoy playing this game but I have been having a lot of problems with it lately. I can no longer request items from my neighbors without freezing my game and now my game won't stay open any more. It keeps saying my game needs to restart or I just get kicked out. Please help!

So much fun I've been playing this game for over a year but it's become kind of upsetting lately. I get kicked out a lot and am unable to request gears and my animals are still wearing Santa hats?? It's summer.

It doesnt update I LOVE this game but its summer and on the game its still winter they need to update it to summer or just not winter also a few bug fixes never hurt. I also think diamonds should come around more often you rarely get them and the expect you to have 75 or 100 diamonds tobuy a machine. You have to BUY them i still love the game just a few things they could work on. Another thing i saw someone said, you need WiFi to be able to go on it poor WiFi my not let you on but it might. And how do i get those feathers?

Excellent This is an awesome farming game I love it!!! Except fr one minor problem, we shouldn't have to pay diamonds for our trees.

Been having fun, but recently I haven't been able to get any bonuses off facebook, cuz there's no code showing up. Plus I can't find any of those fancy feathers for the loom. Guess they are from the turkeys, but I can't even get any yet at my level. And I don't get any more pick axes since the fishery became available. So no chance of me ever getting it open, cuz nobody is selling them either. Kinda annoying if you ask me.

Crashes!! I play this game everyday but since the upgrade i can't play cause it just crashes all the time. Please fix!

No new updates. Boring game with no new updates ever since last Dec. The farm animals are forever in the Xmas costumes. And after the event is over, there's no way u can get the turkey.

Support a joke I have played this for well over a yr or 2 and have loved it. However, I was in contact all day with support yesterday and done EVERYTHING they suggested including uninstalling and reinstalling. It still says there is an internet connection issue. Uninstalling this app. No since in taking up space for something that won't open any longer. Maybe they will fix it. Or maybe I will find something even better.

Connection problem Keeps kicking me off saying "Internet connection" also is been almost a year since we've had a new update. Don't waste your money buying gems cuz you won't see your gem or get your money back. Either the maker gave up on the game or they don't care. Fix these issues, update.....

Dissatisfied I used to always play this game! I really enjoyed playing, put in a lot of time, and even made in app purchases. Now I can't open the game at all, I keep getting the same "internet error" this has been on going for the las week, even though I have no problem playing my other games.

Game keeps crashing Game keeps crashing, freezing my phone. Reported repeatedly. Got no response from Tech Support. Last few days Gane will not start freezes and says no Internet connection, but my cell is connected to wi-fi. Why doesn't Tech Support respond? I Uninstaller & resinstalled the game app just now, and it's doing the same thing.

No support I really used to like this game. I have had issues connecting for a week now. Have emailed 4 days and same response. No support when it comes to real issues!!!!

I needed help bad game makes When you go and send questions to them they don't respond I have wrote them about 3 times and still no reply back I needed help getting my old account back instead of starting a new 1 but of course not they're not willing to give any help tuesday want you to spend money on a new account and they don't wanna help you I would be willing to give a 5 star like to get my old account back but needless to say I don't think I'm going to hear from them and thereI guess this was the final straw that broke the camel's

There's glitches I love playing this game, but for some reason there's a lot of technical glitches. I didn't even get a turkey egg when the update came out. I hope they fix it soon.

Update game summer time and my farm is all snow I use to play this game not to bad but it is summer time and there is stupid snow everywhere then I liked the fb page and tryed to find code to copy and paste but it don't work game needs to be updated

Not happy. This is the second time I have purchased gems and never recieved them. The money was even taken out of my bank account. Wth. Also there have been no updates it's like no one cares anymore. This used to be my favorite game. Not anymore. I would like my money back for the gems I did not receive.

Worse Farm Game. I would change my rating if I could accutually play the game. I haven't been able to play in over a week, and no response from anyone on why and when I will be back on. Loosing gems, and all I want is to play, please fix bugs asap.Same problem again please fix so I can play, and change my rating. Btw....when I can't play and the you fix the bugs I need to change all my settings. I loss diamonds which I work very hard for and loss up to 30 for speeding up the feathers on one swan, when I have 3 pools. Ridicu

My Game Freezes! It's been fun and all, but since last night I cannot do anything. It keeps on freezing. Everything I do on any machine, it kicks me right off. I think one of Bush's mission has an error, it would not show up correctly. I'm missing out on getting the diamonds!

Dissapointed I cannot sign in and cannot play with reason internet connection, but i am using wifi and the other games just fine. Or maybe happy farm cannot sign in forever. If like that, i will dissapointed and will unistall this game. Very very dissapointed. Also why there is no updated game. Theme always christmas theme. Please consider!

Several Issues Use to like this game but now I'm getting internet connection errors, having issues being able to request help from friends w/o it freezing and can't get FB bonuses. I've reported it several times yet they don't do anything to fix it. Get it together and I'll rate it higher again

Games are rigged. The higher awards of gems are given to players that are friends and/or family members who are given unlimited amounts of gems while you must purchase small amounts for lots of your money. You will notice it's the same people winning top prizes at lower experience levels. Why would anyone spend 1000's of gems to get 100 in awards. Same winners every week. PLAY AT YOUR OWN RISK. Been playing for 2 years time to expose the fraud. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE.

Connection Error I couldn't get in at started, keep showing connection error, pls fix it at soonest

App disappeared Update 09/09/15... I purchased gems on 09/03/15 and didnt get them. I have emailed 3 times, messaged through the app and facebook, and messaged through google wallet to get my gems or a refund with no response still. Very unhappy!!!! I had this on my tablet and phone. I tried to update on my tablet and it says not compatible with my device and removed my app!!!! I had it on there before trying to update and I was able to update on my phone. I have a Samsung galaxy tab 4. Android is 4.2.2.

Gem purchase & No customer support Before 3 weeks ago I would have given this 5 stars. But for 3 weeks now I have made 8-10 different attempts to purchase gems & the payments go thru but NO GEMS! Google has been great with reimbursements but I CAN NOT get A SINGLE RESPONSE to my emails or the "customer support" section in the FAQ part where we are told to go to get help. For 3 weeks I haven't been able to play & I can't get help from anyone!

??? Played the game everyday and was at level 34, then my phone got damaged and was replaced. I was able to restore every game I had but this one. I am very upset. Please tell me how I can get my game back. Also the "new" game doesn't show the turkey stuff.

Don't bother to play The creators have abandoned the game. Got to level 53 and have had enough. No updates since January! Used to be such a great game but now there's no updates I'm at a standstill! Shouldn't still allow people to add the app as there is no point. I'm gutted as I played this for over a year. Off to download hay day now

Just finish level 46 and that is the last level I'm going to complete. It takes just to long to go up levels. As you get further in to the game, they get longer and longer. IF IT HAS STOPPED BEING FUN AND MAKING YOU SAD AND NOT ENJOYING IT, TIME TO STOP. 8hrs to make Sheppard pie, plus other thing around that time span slows the game. I have other machines just sitting there, stop making me use the same three machine that chewing my time

Getting boring Needs updating, new things to buy and new objectives. Its summer and my animals still hzve scarves on. Getting boringggg, please update

Stays in the same level and achievement rewards never go away. My level stays at 29. It dose not go up. And the achievement rewards keep coming out like I never took it. Please fix in not happy have wasted a lot of time and money and stays at the same play. I will report this game.

Very bad! Very cute but bought gems and did not receive them was given instructions in a Japanese about what to do. Also, the 25 gems I earned dissapear, every time I look in the corner more are gone. Have to open a case to get my money back. Beware!!
