Hike has been my favorite chat app for long. But recently I changed my phone and when I was downloading all my favorite sticker packs again, I realised that hike has removed all Himachali sticker packs. And that is just so unfair. I understand that there might not have been many users of those packs, but I see that there are many other packs such as the one for the movie Shivaay still available. So many months after the release, not many would be using those too. Hike please bring back the Himachali stickers and I will change my rating back to 5.
How to use hike messenger for PC and MAC
You can run all Android games and applications on your PC or MAC computer. Using a free software called Bluestacks, you don't need to purchase anything but games or applications it self if it isn't free.
- Download Bluestacks from this link.
- Install BlueStacks from installation file with following the on-screen instructions.
- Once Bluestacks is installed add your Google account in it.
- Type hike messenger in Search bar and install it.
Ok so i have been using hike since a long time now probably 3 years and i m an constant user... And i really love hike and am continuously tryin to make my friends fall in love with it too ... Everything is pretty decent and awesome...faced a few problms in the middle but thn after using it for so long i want one feature to b added in the hike which i think should b as it is a messenger app and thats a system of popup like the facebook messenger .. and i think most of the hike users would b pretty happy if we get this feature soon!! Hoping for the best!!!
I love this appπ.... It ensures privacy of user in a well manner.....its super convenient to xpress our feelings through stickers and it provide stickers of all emotions..and also the stickers are very well matching to our real life xpressions..it feels like our own self.....am happy as a hike user... And I won't delete this ever in my life... I love with hikeπππ Only thing I have problem with its disappearance of stories.from timeline too.... Let it exist in timeline.... It's soo much needed for cherishing memoriez... Miss that old hike tooπͺ
Hey hike, the app is really awesome but last few updates took that charm,keep it simple and secure that's it.. Security is the only thing any individual wants and please try to create a different space for hidden chats like for them whole new hike within hike if you all get it what I'm pretending to say because when we hide someone on hike that means we want them to stay away from our current routine
"Add friend" is mandatory before sending a message to anyone , this is the worst function. And ID CALLER is not functioning. 5 stars β¨ to old version in which no such bullshit happens. Mailed few days ago regarding the issue, still no remedial provided by HIKE CUSTOMER CARE.
This is a great app. But the only thing I want to be included is the feature of sending the original version of the media (especially images) through hike messenger. Previously there was option of sending media in different versions (like fast, normal and original). I will like it to be added once again.
I've returned to hike at the request of friends after a long time. But there is so much room for improvement. First add the basic features. Add the reply feature and edit message feature. Also while sending audio messahe, add a seek bar so we don't have to listen to the whole message over.
Not a single feature of your recent update is not working on my phone.!! Neither can I use live filter nor the stikers for stories! I have been usimg hike messenger for such a looooong time.. I love it. But this.. not good. I can't even open the link given im the news article!
It's superrbb app...Just one thing it lacks which forces me to give it 4 * .... INTRODUCE THE FEATURE of #backing up the chats to GOOGLE DRIVE. The day thus feature will be introduced ,we will consider it as the best app giving it 5* π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯βΊπ
It'sβ really a nice app with so many features that we will never find in any other messaging app. The only problem that bugs me is it take a lot of space in my phone memory and there is no option to move it to memory card. Rest is just awesome. Keep it up.
According to me this is the best messaging app I ever used. But I hate this stories.Please bring the old hike back with status and photos without stories.Statuses now remain for a limited time but I want it permanent
Please solve the problem of photo corrupting. And we get a bug while uploading a media file. By the way hime is having much more features than other apps
After a long time I've started with the hike, hike is lagging for the lower android phones. I use WhatsApp, Twitter, Google+, Instagram and they all're below 20mb in size and work efficiently. But hike with the larger size (40mb after installing) is bit lagging. So I request the developer to make it as smaller as Instagram & WhatsApp.
After the recent update one cannot send msgs. The msg from my end is stuck in single tick till and only received when the other person comes online. The same happens with me too. Unless I come online I don't receive any message. Team Hike kindly look into the matter.
It used to work perfect. But, Its been 2 days since I am unable to send any files to my friend. The upload gets stuck at midway and does not complete.
It is realy amazing aap mostly i use it than any other aap. When i use to clicking my story and click on stiker a notification came "hike is not responding" improve this function that it can operate without any obstacles. Please
I just came here to give this review. Till now am very much satisfied with the app but aftr the latest update the app is taking whatever i type into the chat with some little lag and it hangs for a while. Which is totally annoying me. I thought it's my phone's keyboard problem and tried with some other keyboards like swiftkey aswell and the issue continued. the keyboard is working very fine with whatsapp and messenger, etc., please fix this issue asap. Am much addicted to hike than whatsapp. So help me with this. Reply!
I have an S7 edge (nougat updated). After opening the app for 5-10 mins in background, it turns all my notifications and sounds mute. All the video players crash (facebook, instagram, youtube, google, MX Player, VLC, inbuilt video player). The mobile only vibrates for the notifications including alarms. The things return to normal once the app is removed from recent apps. Waiting for your responce team hike.
I was happy with hike till a few days ago. Recently I've been facing the problem of not being notified of new msgs. Especially hidden chats. Earlier new msgs on chats always showed up, even on hidden chats. Now they don't. I've tried changing settings, uninstalling and reinstalling through app.. Nothing works. I'm thinking of uninstalling it completely. I have MIUI 8. Not 7.
The new update is cool. But after the introduction of stories and omission of status,lot's of my friends hated it and stopped using hike. Hope they'll return soon as the text status is back and hike is cooler than it was before. All the best π
It's a great app. I love using hike. I felt there are few bugs that has to be fixed. Its about voice notes. They aren't getting opened sometimes. And also i felt it is not that clear.. timeline,stories,likes and all..a bit complicated. I felt the previous version was good enough :)
At frst i lvd ths app... but right nw... i oftn get stuck... right nw i am in oman.. and frst 1 wk it wrkd flawlessly... but nw, its not wrking properly.. it gets stucked fr hrs... i am feeling irritated ...
I love it.. but its new version is not working properly... I am unable to view my story in #mystory.. images are not loading fast while posting stories.. i hope you guys will fix this problem faster
I hate thr story thing it becamr bore. I prefer to have the status bore. I can't see the last seen of my friends please fix it soon.
I love this app. I enjoy using hike and especially the stickers. It would be better if the video duration is lengthy. I hope this little drawback would be solved with the upcoming update. Other than this, no flaws. Thank you the team Hike
Remove Add Friends option; everytime I need to do that if I clears data & reinstall the app again. Its irritating! & Overall i support other features!
This app is terrible crashes and doesn't work you start receving all kinds of spam from India! Be careful !
Just forgot other messaging apps.... It's unique style and stickers will fully express your feeling. .. I'm just loving it ... try it. People will not buy a new phone just to support hike to run smooth.
Hike messenger is awesome....Hike is my most loved app. But hike camera has a problem. While taking photos it is awesome(No doubt)π. But when we record a video on hike camera, a dark shade appears on video.π Please fix this problem.

Team hike it's a big request to u that plz don't disappear status or post after 44 hours from timeline . All features are best ....except timeline.I m not able to know who have liked the pics of my frndz ....plzzz see to it the old version was the best regarding timeline as compared to the new one....plz reply n make my problem to be solved I hope u will see to it.....

Hike team after update app have started showing some problems like it gets stuck in between or if u try to open app it doesn't respond quickly and it has been a very show plz plz work on it
In the chat box the bottom panel is not good.....can't take selfi directly with other apps...Please include theae features....Please add some dark themes to hike...and its become so hang ..i cant even use the hike
I liked the app but now it's lagging alot. The app has slowed down in every aspect. Chat window, stickers suggestions message delivery everything takes time.

You are originally famous for your own identity that is your time line feature. In this latest update all features are better except ' Stories '. Please dont try to copy other apps . Remove this story feature and bring timeline back. Otherwise we are ready to move on to another app.
