Long Narde – Backgammon for PC and MAC

nice twist on the Backgammon board I appreciate the new game. there is only the question of why some moves are not permissible when they look like they should. did I miss the instruction section? that being said, I am enjoying this game and the ease of moving the board pieces.

Quite different from the "normal" Backgammon, like the developer said. Acknowledging that this is not the Backgammon we are used to is nice, but it would be even nicer if we had just a few lines of instruction/hints (like pretty much everybody else has said). I can change all sorts of appearances, play online with others, keep a running score, but I didn't know how to play the game until I figured out how the pieces moved, where they moved to, and what they did when they got there. It took me a while to figure it out, but I eventually did. Now that I know how to play the game, I'm enjoying this version of Backgammon a lot more than the regular version. This app is nice - no crashes (so far), the computer doesn't run the board, and it also doesn't let you win. You actually have to think about your moves. I'll definitely recommend this app to others.

Good Game Great game. Some instruction at the beginning would be nice. The coins also seem to be all over the place. They are not accurate a lot of the time, but no problems. The ability to change your "bet" would be cool.

It's classic backgammon! Can't say much more than that except, so time waster, much fun!

Love it. Needs to tell you the rules though. Other than that, live it.

Not bad, but not backgammon. It uses the same board but different play. You can't jump on opponent to remove his chip to the beginning. It's more like spread your chips all over to prevent opponent from being able to land on your spot using as little as one piece to stop player.

OK game with different rules I am enjoying this game. I learned the game in the Navy, but with different rules so there is a learning curve.

I'm not a practiced backgammon player, but I do enjoy the game. This app is giving me the fun. I do enjoy it and do recommend it.

So far, good ! Haven't yet studied rules for backgammon. So this app makes such easy for a novice!

Strange game.....it blows! Play is weird UNINSTALLING because this is not the game I was looking for! Sorry....it is just not for me.

Alright but..... I can't figure out the rules. They aren't backgammon and they seem to keep changing. Uninstalling for now.

Easy game play Graphics are OK, game play is smooth.

Not good gameplay If you play the first move, you can`t take it back. And it`s hard to pick piece, I expected to slide it, not double tap..
