Meteor for PC and MAC

Truthfully, I love it. Five stars when it's eligible for family library Not a perfect gameplay clone, but given that screens aren't square anymore, the faster drift toward "coming right at me" makes sense. Colors are brilliant (I'm a sucker for vector graphics and nice facsimiles thereof), but as others have noted, the enemyships are too small, too frequent, too accurate, and fire way too many shots at once to really feel right. Still, tons of fun!

How to use Meteor for PC and MAC

You can run all Android games and applications on your PC or MAC computer. Using a free software called Bluestacks, you don't need to purchase anything but games or applications it self if it isn't free.

Download Bluestacks from this link.
Install BlueStacks from installation file with following the on-screen instructions.
Once Bluestacks is installed add your Google account in it.
Type Meteor in Search bar and install it.

Now you can use Meteor on your PC or MAC.

GREAT, But... WTF? The game is great. The physics are spot on, graphics are sharp, controls are flawless. But, it has its flaws. For one, after you die you will respawn directly within a asteroid and immediately die. The absolute worst is the AI. Once you go past level 7 all enemy bullets will be directed directly at your ship or can predict where your ship will be within 100% accuracy. It's extremely frustrating.

It's good but... The game is great I have lots of fun playing it just the only problem is... IS that sometimes when I spawn I'm dead already because of a meteor is right where the spawn point is... but the game is great

this game had amazing explosion visuals. but spawning inside a meteor and dying over and over again ruins the game

Wtf is the 6th level Level 6 is basically impossible to complete and spaceships spawn way to often

I like it but when I fire , 3 shots are produced instead of 1 at a time.or 1 every screen press.. Android 6 Would be great 5 *otherwise

Metor VERRRRRYYYYY close to the original up-right arcade game machine by Atari....."Asteroids".....Thumbs up for this game! Keeping this on my phone as the only game to play! Way to go techs!!!!! :-)

Excellent version of old Atari game with updated graphics! Great for quick games when I have a time to kill.

On-screen buttons not great for controls, no wrap-around for bullets, no delay until safe to respawn, but nice graphics and silky frame rate.

Controls sucks Try using the same controls that pew pew uses and I will give it a five. The four controls are too much to focus on while trying to win.

Once you move your ship it takes a long time to learn how to control it. Easy to die.
