Download Bluestacks from this link.
Install BlueStacks from installation file with following the on-screen instructions.
Once Bluestacks is installed add your Google account in it.
Type Profile pics for Whatsapp in Search bar and install it.

Now you can use Profile pics for Whatsapp on your PC or MAC.

It is the worst app that I ever use....it is very slow to load even if your are waiting for 1 hour then also pictures will not load....I suggest not to download it...it is just waste of time
