Highly addictive, but a waste of money. I have not been able to put this game down since installing it. It can be time consuming leveling up your characters. One thing I do like is that this game offer many free ways to obtain and earn the in game currency for free. On that note, do not buy the in game currency to obtain new heros. The drop rate for them is slim and even when the chances are double you are still unlikely to get them. Do not waste money on something you're not going to get.

Game gets better with every update, but there are many heroes that need new skins and I still believe that VIP points are ridiculously expensive. The game is really good, but doesn't worth expending real money.

This is a great game except with a few programming flaws. Unfair advantage to older players when heroes are offered only for a small window. The Guild War Ranking system is extremely flawed, guilds are forced to only fight the same two guilds over and over because the matchmaking is pathetic and the scoring forces teams that don't deserve their rank to move up. After 15 mins I have to restart my game if want to talk in general chat, guild chat works great, but I can't use general chat. And lastly, there were supposed to be rewards for winning the seasons in guild war, but the season hasn't ended, and with no communication it looks like it'll never end, which makes it pointless. It'd be better to disband and work our way back to top 4 so we get the win of the day bonuses, a few guilds already have.

Bug Where I would give this game a 4 to 5 star rating since I've started playing it 2 times the game is glitched on the start to play screen not letting me log on to the game very aggravating

[GOOD] Cute character design and gorgeous graphics and animation (especially the skill animations). / Several different things to do (adventure, arena, gold dungeon, survival dungeon, world bosses, etc) that can be played as soon as you unlock them. / Gear isn't hard to drop, even A-class gear. / Like in Magic Rush, you can aim skills at certain opponents. / You can pay to go VIP faster, but you can also just accumulate VIP points from daily activities. Takes a while, but it's free. / A lot of daily rewards, including energy, premium currency and money, the longer you're logged in. [BAD] It does give you some premium currency, but the prices are ridiculously high. Summoning heroes takes 200 'rubies' (and that's a chance to summon one. Most often, you'll summon hero pieces) and instant-finish level (without the item that allows such) takes 20 diamonds. / The arena is either unbalanced or abandoned. There's people ten thousand ranks above me, but they're lv.1, with 20+ losses and 0 wins. And I've yet to lose a single match. / The drop rates for certain items become low later on (especially hero pieces), which leads to a lot of grinding. Or just mindless autobattle.

SCAM with no support. **Filing claims with bank for fraud I spent 300 dollars on miscellaneous buy ins. 3 Months of subscriptions. Last month I was double billed for a recurring subscription service for only a singular service provided. Since then I have emailed three different addresses to fix this problem and have never heard back from any of them. They have graciously taken my money when offered but when wrong and have taken too much they can't even be bothered to respond to an email. This company is a scam.

Subscription Paid for 30 Day Subscription was already charged but did not Apply to my Account still stating that I have not Signed Up. Sent a Ticket Already but have not received any Update yet not even any email to confirm that my Ticket had been Received. Im really upset either I get my Subscription or my Money back.

Finally found "THE" game Love the gameplay, and the visual effects would give any graphical designer a run for their money. Unlike other RNG-based mobile games, this game actually gives players' effort some justice and duplicate units are something that would not be rendered useless. Most top-tier units are FARMABLE and you wouldnt run out of anything to do since the possibilities are endless! The game gives you quite a lot of free gems and it also challenges you to get your competitive juices flowing to get to the top spot.

Great game I really have enjoyed this game. Some of the characters are getting kind of weird but all in all really great game and very addicting.

Awesome game! It is a game that is very casual and needs a good amount of time to be good at analyzing strengths and weaknesses of each team composition. Good graphics and good character diversity. I wish webtoon characters was not added though since they are OP.

i wanted to play the game because a friend introduced this to me but the game just keeps force closing cannot even have a minute of gameplay. im playing on a Android 5.1 device, MT6592 with 1GB ram.

is it really x2 chance event? been summoning for the past 3days with the x2 chance event of some heroes but i really dnt get why i dnt get even a summoning stone of the heroes in the list. .i think its -x2 event can u really call that fair?

Great game but needs community features No official forum? Guide? I'm enjoyinh this game so far, but it really needs these things. Coupon section etc. still not translated from korean. Pop-ups at game start are extremely annoying. Being VIP, should at least let us disable them.

This game is the worst The arena is so unfairly balanced it's not even funny. The new heroes can single handedly turn a battle around, which is crazy. Then the game is biased against the challenger, allowing the defending team to cast all abilities faster and with more priority. The devs won't fix the arena, which is why so many hack this game. What's worse, it will drag out the battles just to humiliate players and show the bias type of programing the devs of this game do.

Guild War Season Decided to drop a review so you guys notice that this GuildWar season has been dragging on for so long. please end this season or atleast give us an update when will it end. thanks

Tired of updates every two to three days. About done with this pos. Would you look at that, another update. What a surprise. From all the reviews I'm reading that deals with customer's money, customer service is nowhere to be seen. I'm so glad I haven't spent a dime. I have wasted a few months of my time on this crapfest which is just as important. Pick an update that will work and stop updating so f'n often for some lame event nonsense. Naver webtoon? Wtf are you thinking??? ...terrible.

Please END the season for war. Hi. I would like to inform that this season in guild war take too much longer than the usual duration of war period. It took months of non stop war but no rewards was given to those victorious. I would like to say that people gets really bored because of this matter. They chose to leave the guild or worst Leave the game. Please look into this issue and make priority of the customers gaming experience rather than adding heroes for us to spend more cash. Thank you.

Love the game, but it will not load anymore on my g4 it just stays on the loading screen ;( deleted application and reinstalled it still won't work. Would love a fix for this problem that doesn't require starting game from scratch.

If you're like me and don't mind spending money on a game, then this game is not for you. Their VIP system hardly rewards enough especially through vip 8-12. It's a great game though and highly addictive but I feel there are better games out there that rewards more for spending cash. If you are free to play (don't want to spend money) then forget about it. Let me add that while making the best armor (R Rank) most likely you will be stuck with crap. So if the armor your trying to upgrade is an M.Attk most likely you will get a P.Attk something totally opposite. I was almost a VIP 12 and will never get there because this company doesn't want you to succeed in the game. They just want your money. STAY CLEAR OF THIS GAME! This game makes it possible to actually spend $100 and have nothing to show for it. There's your warning, don't say I didn't tell you so. Game is now uninstalled.

Please cant you do something about the stability of the game. It is frustrating that it crashes in the middle of doing a quest. Its frustrating to play this game now.
